Our ambition is to make life easier for our clients by taking what, to some, is a tedious task, doing it well and allowing our clients to focus on the development of their businesses.  Getting order fulfilment right can be one of the biggest headaches for a growing online retailer.  Being simple doesn’t mean it is easy to get right, however the harder we work in improving what we do, the more we satisfied your customers are.

Commands is an acronym for COMmunication, Mailing, & Database Services which succinctly described what we did when the business launched in 1992 – and still do – to a loyal customer base:

Commands works with larger brands with more complex requirements whilst understanding the needs of smaller retailers too, we don’t treat smaller clients any differently to our larger clients, with all clients receiving highest level of service, irrelevant of order volumes.

We like to keep things simple.  Whether you’re a larger company trading internationally or a new retailer trading locally, placing your trust in a third party is a big step to take.  At the end of the day, it’s all about people, their understanding of your brand, your ethos, their ability to smoothly and efficiently handle your fulfilment and being able to contact your Commands’ counterpart easily and receive a response to your query quickly.  Commands will provide the confidence you need in outsourcing your fulfilment, we’re not an e-commerce provider, we will be your e-commerce partner.
