We’re proud to be ISO 14001 certified, which means we follow strict guidelines and processes to minimise our environmental impact.   Furthermore, we’ve actively joined The SME Climate Hub, pledging to halve our emissions by 2030 and achieve Net Zero by 2050.

We offer FSC approved, recycled, recyclable and reusable options for our direct mail and e-commerce fulfilment packaging and packing.

Our staff are fully-trained to separate packaging materials according to best practice guidelines and we are always looking for ways to cut down on waste. We work collaboratively with our customers to continuously improve in this area.

Your packaging is one of the most important expressions of your brand and, from a sustainability perspective, one of the key elements in delivering on your environmental goals.   We offer 100% recyclable and reusable options for fulfilment packaging and packing. Our eco-chips and pulp-paper packaging are completely biodegradable and compostable. 

We can also support customers looking for bespoke sustainable solutions using our network of trusted suppliers to identify and source alternatives.

Direct Mail Sustainability

We only use envelopes which are from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved suppliers and for our Polylope options we have both fully biodegradable and recyclable options available.

Continuous Improvement

Our staff undergo regular training on our continuously evolving sustainability goals and initiatives.  But just as important, they are briefed on how what we do impacts on our customers and the critical nature of our role in helping our customers achieve their environmental commitments.

ISO 14001 – The Environmental Standard

Commands is ISO 14001 accredited.  ISO 14001 is an internationally-recognised certificate used to evaluate how environmental responsibilities are measured.

Areas include waste management, recycling, use and sourcing of sustainable materials, energy efficiency and training.
